Cloud Pen Return and Warranty Policy

All sales are final. Cloud Pen™ does not offer refunds on any purchases. Exchanges may be made for identical product within the 30-day warranty period if product is deemed defective and unused.

Before first use of your Cloud Pen™, we strongly recommend checking all attachments without materials inside to ensure functionality. If you notice any issues, contact us immediately and do not use your product. Products are eligible for warranty exchanges only if unused.

We offer a 30 day limited warranty on Cloud Pen™ atomizers found to be defective and unused.

Cloud PenTM extends a lifetime warranty to the battery component of a Cloud Pen. Cloud PenTM warrants their batteries for the lifetime of each product against manufacturer’s defects in materials and workmanship. The conditions of the warranty are:  Batteries shall have been subject to only normal use and service and shall not have been misused, neglected, altered, improperly set up or otherwise damaged; and, there shall be no evidence of tampering or deliberate misuse or destruction. Defects to Cloud PenTM batteries will be determined solely by Cloud PenTM and not by any representative, distributor or dealer of or for Cloud PenTM. Upon determination of a defect, Cloud PenTM’s sole obligation will be to repair or replace the defective part with same or similar product. Any claim against Cloud PenTM for defects in materials or workmanship must be in writing. 

Cloud PenTM must authorize the return of any alleged or defective part before it is returned.  The party making the claim must pay all shipping and transportation costs. Cloud PenTM will not accept charges for parts purchased. Cloud PenTM reserves the right to substitute, discontinue, alter or modify any product or part thereof, at any time without prior notice.  In such cases Cloud PenTM may, at its sole discretion, substitute the warranted battery. 

No Cloud PenTM representative, distributor or reseller is authorized to assume for Cloud PenTM any other obligations or liabilities in connection with the battery, or alter the terms of this warranty in any way. Cloud PenTM shall not be liable for damages, including special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the performance of a Cloud PenTM battery or its use by the owner. Non-Cloud PenTM made products carry the warranty extended by their manufacturer. 

Should a problem be experienced with a Cloud PenTM battery and a replacement issued, the party making the claim must pay a shipping and transportation cost in the amount of $15. If a return is processed within the first year of the warranty, shipping cost will be waived. Warranty returns will need to be verified using an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. RMA’s can be obtained by contacting customer service. In order to receive an RMA customer must be registered at www.cloudpenz.com.

All Cloud Pen™ Atomizers are disposable attachments. Due to the nature of the product, unused atomizers are covered by a 30 day exchange warranty.  
Use of an atomizer will void your warranty. Please keep in mind that movement to the atomizer coils will not allow it to heat up properly.
It is highly recommended to season each new atomizer before first use. Do not over fill your atomizer.
